Terms of service: Grace Calendar AI

Grace Calendar AI is provided by P1 Concept Limited to one client under a separate service agreement. That agreement governs the service. These terms summarise how the assistant works.

What the service does

It reads schedule information the client sends by Telegram, proposes calendar entries, and writes them to the client's Google Calendar only after the client confirms each batch.

The client's responsibilities

The client reviews every proposal before confirming it. Proposals are prepared with the help of an AI model and may contain mistakes. The assistant marks what it inferred and asks when information is missing, but the client's confirmation is the final check.

Availability

The service runs on a computer managed by P1 and may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance or network outages.

Ending the service

The client can stop using the service and revoke Google Calendar access at any time. P1 can end the service as set out in the service agreement.

Liability

As far as the law allows, P1's liability is limited as set out in the service agreement.
